Liaise with contractors and suppliers for projects and hard services. Supervise and coordinate all hard services, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Ensure all hard service providers meet the agreed standards and service levels. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all technical systems. Develop and implement maintenance schedules for hard services. Monitor and manage budgets for hard services and projects. Handle technical complaints and requests promptly and effectively. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to hard services and projects. Prepare regular reports on hard service activities and project progress. Utilize Excel for data analysis and report generation. Coordinating and overseeing facility services provider performing maintenance activities. Assessing utilities and operational setups to optimise operational efficiencies preparing facility reports and compliance records. Assign and schedule work tasks with facility services provider in a team-oriented environment and perform initial evaluations of building systems and monitoring distribute work assignments by the Facility Services . Responsible for entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, close out etc. Represent company in all new project meetings. Checking of invoices from subcontractors based on the work done at site. A quantity surveyor (QS) handles cost estimation and management for construction projects. includes preparing bills of quantities, tender documents, cost analysis, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Facilities Management, or a related field. Proven experience in managing hard services and projects in a large facility. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Excellent project management skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in report generation. Valid UAE driving license. Preferred SkillsExperience in a facilities management environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
