Freelance Executive Recruiter — Confidential HQ Searches

About the role Joud Coffee is looking for a freelance executive recruiter to run confidential searches for several key leadership roles at our Abu Dhabi HQ (titles not listed publicly). You’ll own the full search from brief to offer. What you will do Partner with Founder/HR to define role scorecards and ideal candidate profiles. Build a search strategy and market map across UAE/GCC; run targeted outreach. Source, screen, and calibrate candidates; conduct structured interviews. Present shortlists with written summaries, scorecards, and comp notes. Coordinate interviews, case tasks, references, and background checks. Advise on offers and negotiations; ensure a great candidate experience. Keep pipelines ; share weekly status reports. Protect confidentiality and uphold NDA and data-privacy standards. What you bring 5+ years in executive search (GCC experience required; F&B/retail/hospitality a plus). Strong UAE network and LinkedIn Recruiter expertise; Arabic a plus. Excellent written & spoken English; structured interviewing skills. Comfortable working with Teamtailor or similar ATS and using scorecards. High integrity, confidentiality, and stakeholder management. Contract & location Freelance / project-based , initial 3–6 months with the option to extend. Based in the UAE or GCC; occasional visits to Abu Dhabi HQ . Start: soon, timing is flexible. Compensation: retainer + success fee per hire; we’ll agree a fair structure together. #J-18808-Ljbffr
