ROLE: Kids Club Animator
We are seeking acreative and energetic Kids Club Animator to join our hotelsentertainment team. As a Kids Club Animator you will be responsiblefor organizing and leading engaging activities and programs forchildren staying at our hotel. Your role is crucial in creating afun and safe environment where children can play learn and makefriends while their parents relax.

WHAT WEEXPECT OF YOU:

  • Plan organize andexecute a variety of ageappropriate activities and games forchildren ensuring they are entertaining andeducational.
  • Welcome children and theirfamilies providing a warm and friendlyatmosphere.
  • Supervise children duringactivities to ensure their safety and wellbeing at alltimes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization ofthe Kids Club area ensuring it is safe andinviting.
  • Collaborate with other hoteldepartments to coordinate special events and themedactivities.
  • Communicate effectively withparents regarding their childrens participation and any specificneeds or concerns.
  • Uphold hotel policies andprocedures particularly those related to child safety and guestsatisfaction.
  • Assist in promoting Kids Clubactivities and events to hotel guests through variouschannels.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience inchildcare education or recreational activities preferably in ahotel/resort setting.
  • Ability to engagechildren of various ages through creative and stimulatingactivities.
  • Strong communication skills andability to interact effectively with children andparents.
  • Patience enthusiasm and a genuine lovefor working with children.
  • Basic first aid andCPR certification (preferred).
  • Flexibility towork varying shifts including weekends andholidays.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree invocational hospitality fresher or 1year experience in 45 starhotel.
