We are seeking a motivated SAP Finance Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This role is designed for Emirati Nationals who are eager to contribute to financial operations and digital transformation initiatives using SAP. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting compliance and process optimization. Key Responsibilities Manage and support SAP Finance (FI/CO) modules ensuring smooth daily operations. Assist in financial reporting budgeting and forecasting activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies. Provide end-user support and training for SAP Finance functionalities. Participate in system upgrades testing and implementation projects. Requirements Qualifications & Skills Must be an Emirati National with a Family Book. Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply or up to 2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of SAP Finance (FI/CO) modules. A keen interest in building a career at the intersection of finance and technology. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (and Arabic is an advantage). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel. Highly Desirable: Any prior internship or academic exposure to SAP Finance modules (FI CO). Fresh graduates with SAP knowledge or certifications are encouraged to apply. Understanding of basic accounting principles. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive can-do attitude.
