Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the full procurement process, with at least 6 years experience in the mining industry
  2. Management of various relationships regarding clients, buyers, and suppliers
  3. Ensure the timely submission of monthly/weekly reports
  4. Develop and maintain a manual of procedures, identifying key risks and recommending mitigation strategies to reduce exposure
  5. Propose innovative solutions to reduce costs and enhance procurement and sourcing performance
Skills & Work Experience:
  1. Qualified Technical Mechanical Engineer or similar
  2. Prior experience in mining, with procurement, is essential
  3. 5-10 years of relevant procurement experience
  4. Experience with project procurement
  5. Strong client communication skills
  6. Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  7. Excellent presentation skills
  8. Strong people and stakeholder management abilities
