Roles and responsibilities
  • 5+ years of"hands-on" experience with the Oracle HRMS with acombination of functional and technical experience. With at least 3full implementations.
  • Experience in anenvironment with an "in-house" Oracle HRMS is aplus with a proven experience in both an implementation and postproduction support role.
  • Solid skills in all ofthe following modules are essential (Human Resources, LearningManagement, iRecruitment, Self Service, Payroll, Time andLabor).
  • Experience with Oracle workflow, AMEand fast formula.
  • HRMS personalization, Coreand SS.
  • Experience in working in a global HRMSenvironment with multi business groups, multi operating units,organizations, currencies, etc.
  • Excellentunderstanding of HRMS related Database tables andAPI's.
  • Good technical knowledge in SQL,PL/SQL.
  • Experience creating reports inDiscoverer or any other reportingtool.
  • Excellent understanding of Payrollaccounting.
  • Knowledge in statutory andregulatory requirements of UAE.
  • Exceptionalability to diagnose and solve system problems while maintainingprofessionalism and courtesy.
  • Adaptable andresourceful, capable of working under pressure to meet aggressivedeadlines with limited resources.
  • Proveninterpersonal skills; ability to work productively andprofessionally with any level of business and technicalresources.
  • Self-starter and strongself-initiative to meet project deliverables, overcome issues, andeffectively communicate project timelines for deliverable andresources.
  • Strong documentation skillsincluding AIM/ABF methodologies.
  • Assertive withstrong communication and organizationalskills.
  • Ability to interact effectively withother areas of management.
  • Systemadministration ( responsibilities, Menus, Functions, Users and HRMSsecurity profile).

PreferredSkills

  • Experience in the public sector is aplus.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle GL, Oracle APand Oracle Projects.
  • Exposure and understandingof Oracle Applications Framework.
  • Goodunderstanding of Oracle HRMS securitymodel.
  • Exposure to HRMS DBI is aplus.

Education /Training

  • Bachelor's degree in ITrelated or business program is preferred.
