Roles and responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-endonboarding process for luxury properties in collaboration with theonboarding department.
  • Ensure all propertiesmeet brand standards before they are added to theportfolio.
  • Create and maintain comprehensivechecklists for housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations toensure operational excellence.
  • Regularly reviewand update checklists to adapt to evolving guest and propertyrequirements.
  • Oversee and manage dailycheck-ins and check-outs for luxury properties, ensuring a smoothand hassle-free experience forguests.
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping andmaintenance teams to prepare properties for guest arrivals anddepartures.
  • Act as the main point of contactfor the luxury propertiesportfolio.
  • Proactively identify opportunitiesfor enhancing guest experiences within the luxurysegment.
  • Monitor and support operational teamsto ensure smooth and hassle-free stays forguests.
  • Implement strategies to exceed guestexpectations, addressing feedbackpromptly.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping,maintenance, and guest relations teams to ensure cohesiveoperations.
  • Provide guidance and training asneeded to uphold the luxury standards ofservice.
  • Monitor the performance and conditionof luxury properties, implementing improvements asrequired.
  • Prepare regular reports on portfolioperformance, guest satisfaction, and operationalchallenges.
  • Build and maintain detailed guestprofiles, recording preferences and requirements for futurereference to enhance the personalized guestexperience.
  • Establish and maintain partnershipswith third-party service providers to offer additional guestservices, such as limo services, tours, attractions, spas, andmore.
  • Ensure the availability and quality ofthe services to fulfil guest needsseamlessly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree inHospitality Management, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.
  • 3+ years of experience in luxury hotels,property management, or event planning.
  • Strongunderstanding of luxury market trends and clientexpectations.
  • Excellent leadership and teammanagement skills.
  • Exceptional organizationaland multitasking abilities.
  • Outstandingcommunication and interpersonal skills with a client-firstapproach.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, propertymanagement software, and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory;additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian) are aplus..

Investment StrategyDevelopment:

  • AssetAllocation: Determining the appropriate mix ofassets (equities, bonds, real estate, etc.) in the portfolio tomatch the client's investment objectives and risktolerance.
  • Research andAnalysis: Conducting in-depth research on markettrends, economic data, and specific investments (e.g., stocks,bonds) to make informeddecisions.
  • Developing InvestmentPolicies: Setting clear guidelines for theportfolio, including the desired level of risk, expected returns,and the investment horizon.

2.ManagingInvestments:

  • SecuritySelection: Choosing specific securities (stocks,bonds, mutual funds, etc.) that will make up the portfolio,ensuring they align with the overallstrategy.
  • MonitoringPerformance: Continuously tracking and reviewing theportfolio's performance, adjusting investments asnecessary to achieve the client'sgoals.
  • Rebalancing: Periodically adjusting the portfolio's composition (e.g.,buying or selling assets) to maintain the desired asset allocationor respond to market changes.
  • TaxOptimization: Implementing strategies to minimizethe portfolio's tax liabilities, such as tax-lossharvesting or taking advantage of tax-deferredaccounts.

3. ClientInteraction andReporting:

  • ClientCommunication: Regularly communicating with clientsabout the portfolio's performance, changes in theinvestment strategy, and any relevant market trends or economicshifts.
  • Reports: Preparing and presenting reports that detail portfolio performance,including returns, holdings, risk metrics, and other relevantdata.
  • Understanding ClientGoals: Gaining a clear understanding of theclient's financial objectives, time horizons, and riskpreferences to ensure the portfolio aligns with theirneeds.
  • AdjustingStrategy: Modifying the investment strategy based onchanging client goals or marketconditions.

4. RiskManagement:

  • RiskAssessment: Evaluating the risks associated withindividual investments and the overall portfolio to ensure it stayswithin the client's risktolerance.
  • Diversification: Diversifying the portfolio to reduce risk and minimize thepotential impact of market volatility on the portfolio'sperformance.
  • Hedging: Using financial instruments like options, futures, or otherderivatives to hedge against market downturns or specificrisks.

5. ComplianceandRegulation:

  • Adheringto Regulations: Ensuring that the portfolio complieswith relevant financial regulations and laws, such as SEC rules,tax laws, and fiduciarystandards.
  • EthicalInvesting: Following ethical and sustainableinvesting practices when managing the portfolio, includingconsiderations for socially responsible investing (SRI) orenvironmental, social, and governance (ESG)factors.
