  • BusinessContinuity & Resilience:

    • Conduct Business ImpactAnalyses (BIAs) to define and develop comprehensive BusinessContinuity Plans (BCPs).
    • CoordinateBCP testing and maintenance activities to ensure organizationalreadiness and resilience.
    • Manage andassess the Operational Resilience Framework across the portfolioensuring alignment with bestpractices.

  • CyberRisk Management:

    • Assist in thedevelopment and maintenance of cyber risk registers evaluatingcontrol effectiveness and residualrisks.
    • Recommend and implementremediation plans to mitigate identified cyberrisks.

  • ThirdPartyDeliverable Review:

    • Conduct thorough reviewsof thirdparty deliverables including engagement proposalspresentations frameworks policies and risk control matricesensuring accuracy andcompleteness.
Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Risk Management Resilience Accounting Finance or arelatedfield.
  • 67years of proven experience in risk assessment management orconsulting preferably within a fastpacedenvironment.
  • ProfessionalCertifications: CFA ACCA CA FRM BCM (at least one ofthese)
  • Deepunderstanding of operational risk assessment methodologies and bestpractices.
  • Comprehensiveknowledge of Business Continuity frameworks andpractices.
  • Strongunderstanding of COSO accounting concepts financial analysisterminology and ICFRrequirements
  • Knowledgeof cyber security frameworks andmethodologies.
  • Exceptionalanalytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets andextract meaningfulinsights.
