Overview We have an excellent opportunity to join our client within the financial services sector, who are a growing international broker. The successful candidate will join the team as a Legal Counsel and focus on corporate matters based out of their Dubai HQ, working closely with the CLO and Legal Directors. Responsibilities Provide legal and regulatory support across brokerage and corporate matters, covering client agreements, licensing, compliance, and cross-border operations. Advise on transactions, group structuring, and governance while managing complex commercial contracts. Qualifications At least 4 years' experience coming from a leading international law firm or significant in-house entity in the UAE. Ideally within the financial services sector. Prior experience with a CFD brokerage. Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred, but not mandatory. Location Location: Dubai. Remuneration Remuneration: £95,000 - £115,000 tax free + benefits.
