Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE corporate law, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate matters, including corporate restructuring, corporate governance, and compliance issues.
  • Company formation onshore and offshore.
  • Setting up DIFC Foundations, drafting Charter/ By-Laws and related documentation.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to corporate transactions and business operations.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and dispute resolution proceedings related to corporate matters.
  • Lead generation and strong business development skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Corporate Lawyer, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE corporate law, regulations, and procedures, with a track record of successful corporate transactions and legal representations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
