Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and examinations of patients in their homes.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, ensuring proper management and follow-up.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Prescribe medications and therapies in compliance with medical guidelines and best practices.
- Coordinate with nurses, therapists, and caregivers to provide holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and health management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries and emergencies.
- Provide palliative and end-of-life care when required.
- Stay updated with the latest medical practices and home care trends to enhance service delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in UAE.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general practice, family medicine, or internal medicine (home health care experience preferred).
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and healthcare documentation systems.
- Flexibility to travel to patients' homes within the designated service areas.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
