  • Prepare relevantaccounting records and financial statements in accordance with thecompany's accounting policies, procedures andtimelines.
  • Maintain ledgers, statements andaccounting policies, procedures and standards; take appropriateaction to secure or make payments and resolvediscrepancies.
  • Carry out initial checks,balances and verifications of computer input data and relatedinformation to determine completeness and accuracy before anyaccounting or financial transactions areprocessed.
  • Allocate appropriate accountingcodes or cost centers to the transactions processed in the sectionin accordance with accounting policy andprocedures.
  • Carry out reconciliation ofaccounts periodically in order to ensure all accountingtransactions are recorded accurately.
  • Preparepayments relative to supplier invoices by verifying the amounts dueagainst related contracts and submitting the documents tosupervisor for arrangement of payment. Ensures that all allocationsare in accordance with the Chart of AccountsManual.
  • Prepare cash flow projections tofacilitate the planning for adequate liquidity to meet financialrequirements.

  • Contribute to the achievement of theapproved Performance Objectives for the Department / Section inline with the Company Performance framework.

Bachelor Degree in Accounting /Finance
