We are looking for a Junior Designer to work at We are Social - Dubai. We operate 4 days in the office with the ability to work from home on Fridays. Opportunity We are Social is on the hunt for a Junior Designer to join our fast-paced team working on one of our most exciting tech-focused accounts. If you have a strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, a love for everything AI, open source, and emerging technology, and the organizational chops to keep up, we want to hear from you In this role, you'll create compelling visual content tailored for a tech-savvy audience, helping to bring complex concepts to life through design. You’ll need to be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once – all while communicating clearly and collaborating across teams. What You’ll Do Respond to briefs with well-thought-out design concepts using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Design engaging visual content for social platforms, working closely with creative leads. Translate complex AI and open-source topics into clean, digestible design assets. Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality. Collaborate with internal teams and provide clear rationale for your creative decisions. Stay organized and proactively ask questions to ensure the highest standard of output. What Else Are We Looking For? Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (After Effects is a plus, but not required). Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and the ability to simplify technical topics visually.
