Overview The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive website traffic. You will manage and create content across various social media platforms, ensuring a cohesive voice and message that aligns with our brand values. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms. Engage with followers and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely manner. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to ensure our strategies remain effective. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with other marketing campaigns. Assist in the creation of promotional materials for online campaigns. Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience & Skills 2-5 years of experience in social media management or related field. Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
