  • Manages expectationsof stakeholders impacted byprogram/project
  • Supports project/delivery teamsand ensures teams are adhering to PMO processes such as changemanagement risk & issue management resource management ofthe program/project
  • Ensures all materials caneasily be consolidated as required by Portfolio Head 
  • Facilitates and participatesobjectively in governance forums and ensures required stakeholdersare present
  • Facilitates and participatesobjectively in daily for program formulated by workstreams.
  • Facilitates and participatesobjectively in daily/weekly for program formulated by individualprojects that are managed by Delivery projectmanager/lead
  • Proactively tracks and manages allrisks issues and dependencies related to program orproject 
  • Collects analyses and derivesinsights from data captured duringprogram
  • Constructively challenges decisions andtimelines to ensure timely delivery
  • Ensurequality management is embedded throughout program and projectlifecycle
  • Works with and provide regularupdates to Portfolio Head as needed

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • UniversityDegree in Technology Management orequivalent 
  • Total project managementexperience of 610 years
  • Minimum 2 4 years ofexperience in delivering projects in banks in role of projectmanagement program manager or portfoliomanager
  • Previous experience in managing andworking with teams
  • Project ManagementCertifications (PMP or similar) is aplus

Skills

  • Experiencein project management
  • Experience in deliveringa series of complex and integrated software product solutions andprojects is a plus
  • Experience in handlinginterdependencies and an ability to proactively resolveissues
  • Experience in governing multipleprojects simultaneously
  • Experience in managingvarious project management delivery methodologies (Agile WaterfallHybrid)
  • Experience of working with acrossfunctional team 
  • Experience inworking with multiple third parties

  • Proficient in PPM tools(Clarity) JIRA MS project.
