The Role The Partnership Operations Associate would be one of the most reliable sources of the Partnership team when it comes to agreements, processes and documents. An analytical and detail-oriented person that ensures not only the accuracy but also the quality of all the team’s resources (i.e. agreements, documents, processes, etc). This role is fundamental to the operations of the Partnership team, enabling them to get and maintain the amazing partners we have within the Privilee network. Responsibilities Partnership Agreements : responsible for the accuracy of the legal agreements with all our partners, ensuring they are accurate, follow our formal standards and are properly stored and safe. Team Processes : responsible for developing and implementing processes to optimize internal partnership operations across multiple operational markets. Internal Resources : responsible for thoroughly managing internal team resources, including document templates and company core tools. Team Support : supporting the Partnership Team across all operational markets with all operational related queries and tasks. Personality Analytical : has strong problem-solving abilities and approaches tasks with a logical and structured mindset. Detail-oriented : meticulously checks work to ensure accuracy and consistency, and is able to catch minor errors. Supportive : enjoys collaborating with colleagues, giving reliable support and going the extra mile when needed. Smart : is quick to grasp new concepts, and resourceful in finding solutions, demonstrating sound judgement as a member of the Partnership team. Process-oriented : has a structured mindset and understands the importance of following defined processes in a growing organisation. Proactive : is not only limited to doing as told but is also able to proactively find solutions or come up with operational improvements.
