Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Associate to join the Center for Translational Medical Devices (CENTMED) at New York University Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will contribute to designing and developing novel medical devices for human use, focusing on metabolic, cardiovascular, and neurologic diseases.
Research Description
CENTMED offers an innovative environment with multidisciplinary training and academic freedom across various high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will work with PhD-level scientists, graduate students, and undergraduate students to develop valuable skills in research, collaboration, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and validation of CMOS integrated circuits
- Biomarker and wearable device development
- Embedded programming and PCB board design
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in biomedical, analog, and power management circuits
- Familiarity with Altium or Allegro PCB design software
- Knowledge of wearable device implementation
