Job Purpose: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, developing talent pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure the selection of candidates who meet organizational goals and culture. Roles and Responsibilities: Full‑Cycle Recruitment Manage end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop appropriate sourcing strategies. Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the company culture. Talent Sourcing Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, recruitment days, and employee referrals. Develop relationships with universities, professional associations, and other organizations to attract diverse talent pools. Candidate Evaluation Screen and shortlist CVs/resumes based on the requirements of the roles. Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate further rounds with relevant department heads. Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for various roles within the organization. Candidate Experience Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Employer Branding Promote the organisation as an employer of choice through various channels. Participate in job fairs, career events, and employer branding initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business management or human resources. CIPD qualification would be an advantage. Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role. Experience in large, multi‑site, F&B or retail‑driven organisations with hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end recruitment process. Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision‑making. Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus.
