Conduct maintenance and repair activities for wet mix & asphalt plants and related ancillary equipment like compressors and generators. Candidate Requirements Degree in Engineering or relevant field. Previous experience in maintenance and repair of asphalt plants. Strong leadership skills to supervise and motivate the team effectively. Excellent troubleshooting abilities to address daily breakdowns promptly. Knowledge of maintenance practices for compressors and generators would be advantageous.
