Job Overview We are seeking a talented Sr. Sales Systems Engineer to work with our sales team as the main technical resource on sales calls, educating customers on features, specifications, and functionality to integration. Key responsibilities include: Create and deliver compelling demonstrations of Stellar Cyber products and solutions. Understand and effectively present our security platform and solutions. Provide pre‑sales technical assistance and product education. Actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution. Diagnose and troubleshoot Stellar Cyber software and hardware and help customers deploy the Starlight solution. Install network traffic sensors in various environments including physical networks, virtual networks, public and private clouds, and servers. Maintain a very close working relationship with TAC support and Product Management. Respond to RFIs and RFPs. Provide weekly reports to management on the status of high‑priority cases and pre‑sales activity. Travel 20‑30% throughout all sales territories. Build trust with customers, becoming a reliable technical partner. Qualifications 5+ years of proven experience in a heavy customer‑focus position with technical knowledge of a company’s products and services. Technical/pre‑sales support experience as a sales or systems engineer. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, networking, routing, switching, and LAN. Extensive cybersecurity experience including network security, firewall, IDS, sandbox, and security detections. Preferred Skills Experience with Linux, Windows administration, SIEM technology, and virtualization. Experience with public and private cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and application installations. Education Degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, IT or Engineering. #J-18808-Ljbffr
