Description Ontime Group is seeking a dedicated Receptionist for our Aesthetic Clinic located in Meydan Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support helping to create a welcoming environment for our clients visiting the clinic. Responsibilities Warmly greet and welcome clients upon their arrival Manage phone calls schedule appointments and oversee the clinics daily calendar Provide clients with detailed information regarding aesthetic services and treatments available Assist clients with checkin and checkout processes ensuring all forms are completed accurately Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and waiting room Process payments manage billing inquiries and assist with insurance verifications Coordinate with clinic staff to optimize patient flow and ensure a seamless experience Address client questions and concerns promptly and professionally Requirements Previous experience as a Receptionist in an aesthetic clinic or similar environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on client satisfaction Familiarity with appointment scheduling and managing a busy calendar Proficient in computer applications and electronic medical records Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced setting Professional appearance and a welcoming demeanor Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous Benefits Salary Benefits Key Skills Multi-line Phone Systems,Customer Service,Computer Skills,QuickBooks,Medical office experience,Office Experience,10 Key Calculator,Dental Office Experience,Front Desk,Administrative Experience,Medical Receptionist,Phone Etiquette Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
