  • Draft and review contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues or disputes
  • Maintain accurate records of BPA, rebate and all other contract types and procurement activities
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and potential suppliers. Manage the supplier selection process, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
  • Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and audits
  • Implement supplier development initiatives to improve quality and performance
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics and KPIs
  • Research new products/solutions in the market related to department operations
  • Office based job; requires working longer hours on computer
  • May require work after hours and/or over weekends or during public holidays during events

Formal Education: Bachelor's degree in administration, logistics, supply chain or related field

Work Experience: Min 5-7 years' experience in Events organizing or similar activity company is a must

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Fluency in English (oral and written). Arabic will be an advantage
  • Proven experience in sourcing processes in an Events Organizing or similar activity company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • A thorough understanding of sourcing methodologies
  • Sound time-management and organizational skills
