As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Justlife, you will have a pivotal role in attracting and hiring exceptional talent for one of the region’s fastest-growing tech companies. This is a high-growth, high-impact position where you’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders and actively contribute to shaping our hiring strategy. What we expect from you: Own full-cycle hiring for multiple roles across UAE, KSA, India, Turkey, and more Manage job postings, sourcing, CV screening, and initial interview rounds Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define clear success profiles Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and keep everyone on track Ensure smooth communication between candidates, hiring managers, and P&C Share case studies/assessments with shortlisted candidates and follow up proactively Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (JazzHR) Actively source candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and referrals Build strong talent pipelines for critical roles and future needs Use AI tools to improve speed & quality of hiring Work closely with business leaders to forecast hiring needs Support international hiring workflows (onsite + remote) Champion structured interviewing and help improve hiring processes continuously What we are looking for: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field A minimum of +4 years of tech/startup recruitment experience A passion for people, culture, and finding the right talent Experience in ATS, HRIS, hiring reports, and metrics Being tech-savvy and open to adopting new tools to optimize work processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to work across multiple time zones and fast-paced environments Ability to work from the office up to 5 days a week A growth mindset and a proactive "can-do" attitude toward diverse tasks in a fast-growing organization PERKS OF BEING A PART of JUSTLIFE We care about you One-day extra vacation on your birthday with our JustHoliday Free Justlife credits so you can enjoy our own services Work reality escapes opportunities through team-building games, challenges, and many more activities We improve you Working with a great team and entrepreneurial spirit Continuous learning with mentorship, coaching, on-the-job, and internal-external training Never-ending growth and fast career development and internal career opportunities A fair and objective Performance Management System We recognize you Ignition of the hero in you through our “JustHeroes” Reward and Recognition Program Availability of company discounts and gift vouchers A bonus for every successful Employee Referral About Us At Justlife, we envision a life without any chores that keep you from doing what you really want to.
