  • Plans, schedules and reviews theday-to-day operational and maintenance activities related to theprovision, upgrading and modification of all MEP Systems of thebuildings, monitors operation of various MEP systems to ensureoptimum performance of systems andequipment's.
  • Organizes, plans,coordinates and monitors building MEP maintenance &installation works for buildings; coordinates for the inspection ofelectrical installations & other related equipment& peripherals as per workschedules
  • Prepares & submits routineand special reports such as maintenance schedules, operational& incident reports, accident reports, technical reports,volume of activity etc.
  • Preparation andsubmission of quotations and estimates. Liaise with technicians toensure accuracy of quotations andestimates.
  • Prepare risk schedules to identifyand quantify risks and mitigationmeasures.
  • Experience of working with minimalsupervision or as part of a small team in analyzing mechanicalfailures.
  • Continuously track the projectprogress and compare it with the project schedule to ensure thatproject is progressing as per plan.

  • Experience in community management onan island, where stakeholders include hotels, commercial andresidentials towers and hospitals.
  • Work closelywith local vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goodsand services.

  • Strong communication skills to liaisewith various stakeholders, including residents, local authorities,and service providers.
  • Skills in long-termplanning to ensure the continuous improvement and sustainability ofthe facilities.

  • Experiencedin managing CapEx projects
  • Strong engineeringbackground and with knowledge in plants, trees andlandscaping

Qualification:

  • Bachelor'sdegree in Engineering, Assets Management, Project Management orrelevant.
  • MBA or master's inmanagement is preferable.
  • FM relatedprofessional certifications ispreferable.
  • Excellent knowledge &understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations andresponsibilities
