  • Prepare food items as per standardrecipe cards whilst maintaining portion control and minimizingwastage.
  • Apply necessary precautions withregards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards(HACCP)
  • Clean and maintain all equipment withinthe food production area.
  • Promptly report anyhazards unsafe working conditions or equipment which requiresrepair or maintenance to immediatesupervisor.

Qualifications:

High Schooldegree
Previous experience in a Food &Beverage/Restaurant operations role
Passion forteamwork
Excellent guest service skills
Knowledge of basic preparation presentation and preservation offood
Basic knowledge of hygiene and safetyprocedures
