Who plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth efficient and guest-centric operation of a high-volume hospitality dining establishment. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager this position is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house activities leading a team of service staff maintaining exceptional service standards and contributing to a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership operational efficiency and a deep understanding of restaurant management principles. Responsibilities Supervise and mentor front-of-house staff including waiters hosts and bartenders ensuring consistent service delivery. Manage daily operations including shift scheduling staff assignments and performance monitoring. Ensure adherence to food safety hygiene and health regulations at all times. Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally turning negative experiences into positive outcomes. Monitor inventory levels of consumables and coordinate with the kitchen and procurement teams to prevent stockouts. Utilize restaurant management software to track sales manage reservations process orders and generate daily reports. Maintain a clean organized and welcoming dining environment in line with brand standards. Promote the restaurant through active engagement on social media platforms including content creation and customer interaction. Assist in onboarding and training new team members ensuring they are aligned with service protocols and company culture. Collaborate with the management team to implement marketing initiatives special events and promotional campaigns. Prepare daily and weekly operational reports using Microsoft Word and other reporting tools. Ensure compliance with company policies labor laws and safety procedures across all shifts. Requirements 13 years of proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with at least 6 months in a supervisory or team lead role. Proficient in using restaurant management software (e.g. POS systems reservation platforms inventory tools). Strong command of Microsoft Word for report writing documentation and operational planning. Experience managing social media accounts for a restaurant or hospitality brand including content scheduling and engagement. Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and public holidays. Valid UAE work visa and willingness to reside in provided accommodation. High school diploma or equivalent; formal hospitality or business qualification is a plus. Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hospitality industry standards.
