About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reservations Agent - Global Contact Centre to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate . The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Represent the Jumeirah brand, demonstrate all Hallmarks, and promote business values in every interaction. Promote all Jumeirah properties and services, upsell when suitable, and support revenue goals while meeting targets for revenue, quality, customer service, and productivity. Meet required standards for external reservation audits, handle customer and partner queries across all channels within agreed response times, and maintain accurate customer data. Stay updated on required information and training, drive progress on Individual Performance Objectives, and ensure reservation quality requirements are met. Manage reservation tasks such as filing, complaint handling, and daily report updates, and complete payment requests while following company payment policies. Support team operations by taking on reasonable tasks that help maintain smooth and efficient workflow. About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Solid room reservations experience, preferably within a luxury environment. Fluent in English; fluency in Russian is desired. Confident with PMS systems such as Opera Cloud, MS Office, omni-channel platforms, and general reservation software. Communication skills across email and telephone, strong teamwork, and flexibility with changing business needs.
