Teaching Faculty Position - Business: Human-Centered AI Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence: Academic Appointments: Undergraduate Division Location Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Description MBZUAI is a research-focused university in Abu Dhabi, and the first university dedicated entirely to the advancement of science through AI. In 2025, MBZUAI launched its first ever undergraduate program, a Bachelor of Science in AI, with two distinct streams: Business and Engineering, and are looking for passionate and highly motivated Teaching Faculty. The Undergraduate Division is seeking teaching faculty to teach an undergraduate course focusing on essential principles of effective teamwork, leadership, communication, and conflict resolution, with a special emphasis on the role of Human-Centered AI in enhancing these processes. The course examines the role of AI in enhancing team dynamics, decision-making, and leadership processes, including the use of AI tools for team management, performance analysis, and problem-solving. Practical case studies and interactive activities will prepare students for leadership in a technology-driven world. Responsibilities Delivering high-quality instruction in teamwork, leadership, and human-centered AI applications. Developing and maintaining course content, case studies, and interactive learning materials aligned with course objectives. Fostering an inclusive and engaging classroom environment that supports experiential learning and collaboration. Mentoring and advising students in developing leadership and interpersonal competencies. Collaborating with colleagues to integrate human-centered and ethical perspectives across AI curricula. Demonstrated expertise in leadership development, teamwork, or human factors in technology settings. Familiarity with AI applications in organizational management or decision support systems is advantageous. Strong commitment to teaching excellence, active learning, and student engagement.
