We are looking for a highly skilled finance professional to join our international finance team. What You Will Be Doing: Oversee and analyze full-cycle accounting and reporting processes for multiple legal entities across different jurisdictions. Prepare monthly management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, AR) and presentation decks for senior leadership. Prepare standalone and consolidated IFRS financial statements. Participate in group and standalone audits, acting as a key contact for external auditors. Collaborate with the internal audit team and contribute to improving financial processes through cross-functional initiatives. Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting in accordance with local statutory requirements. Perform intercompany reconciliations, including netting calculations. Review and approve travel and event-related expenses. Support ad hoc finance tasks and contribute to cross-team projects. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or a related field; professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or CISA are a strong advantage. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting, audit, or management accounting. ACCA F7 or DipIFR certification — required. Solid understanding of IFRS and consolidation principles. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Proven experience in regulatory reporting and operating across multiple jurisdictions. Audit background, including participation in both standalone and group audits. Previous experience with a Big 4 firm is a significant plus. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or HANA) is an advantage. Key Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Clear and effective communicator, able to articulate findings and collaborate constructively across teams. Comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations.
