At Amazon Space management in FCs refers tothe strategic and efficient utilization of available storagecapacity to optimize inventory storage and operations. In AMET webreak it down into the seven majorbuckets:

Auditall the space management related activities in FCs that they areresponsible for and provide support and feedback to the operationteam especially for Inbound
Evaluate and approve all thespace management related change requests
Perform thespace management related configuration changes
Initiateand drive continuous improvement activities/projects to improve thespace management practice at each FCs

About the team
The teamhas one regional space manager and five space management leadsreport to the space manager. Each space management lead getsassigned to a country to look after the space management strategy(UAE KSA Egypt Turkey South Africa)
1 years ofMicrosoft Office products and applicationsexperience
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work areaincluding weekends nights and/or holidays
Shopflooraffinity and experience in Industrial Engineering Business ProcessEngineering Quality Operations or Logistics
Excellentcommunication skills (written and verbal)
FluentEnglish
Indepth knowledge of Lean Six Sigmaand its practical usage
Wide knowledge of changemanagement and continuous improvementmethodologies
Proven ability to develop and maintainlarge scale data bases and ability to evaluate the datasets
BI sage and SQL experience would also be ofbenefit
