Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a technical field is a plus.
Has 2+ years of hands-on experience working with epoxy resins and silicone molding techniques.
Demonstrates proficiency in operating vacuum degassing equipment and casting machinery.
Exhibits a strong understanding of material properties and their behavior during the curing process.
