Senior Construction Engineer - E&I Penspen is urgently looking to hire for Senior Construction Engineer - E&I for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi. Qualification Required The candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering. Responsibilities Responsible for managing and supervising all electrical and instrumentation construction activities offshore, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project standards while coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Lead and oversee E&I construction works offshore, ensuring safe execution, technical compliance, and timely delivery of electrical and instrumentation systems. Ensure constructability reviews, risk assessments, and method statements are completed before execution. Oversee installation of instrumentation systems including sensors, transmitters, control valves, DCS / PLC systems, and fire & gas detection systems. Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering issues during construction. Conduct inspections, testing, and mechanical / electrical completion checks. Support pre-commissioning and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems. Ensure smooth handover of completed systems to operations with proper documentation. Experience Required Minimum 15+ years of experience, with at least 3 to 5 years significant offshore E&I construction exposure. Strong knowledge of offshore electrical and instrumentation systems, construction methodologies, and safety standards. Preferred experience from PMC / EPC Mechanical Construction Background. Previous ADNOC Offshore Experience is advantage.
