Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  2. 2+ years of relevant experience in software and hardware support, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  3. Training new staff in retail stores in POS system and insurance procedures
  4. Resolving network and other hardware issues in business operations (Networking, Time and Attendance device, CCTV issues, etc.)
  5. Excellent troubleshooting skills and knowledge of supporting operating systems and software applications
  6. Strong experience in database management using Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL
  7. Good understanding of IT support tools, remote support, and system upgrades
  8. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize accordingly
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively as part of cross-functional teams
