Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive electrical design plans for commercial residential and industrial buildings
  • Create detailed drawings and specifications using advanced design software
  • Perform load calculations and size electrical equipment accordingly
  • Design power distribution lighting and emergency power systems
  • Collaborate with architects structural engineers and other team members to integrate electrical systems with overall building design
  • Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and monitor installation progress
  • Optimize designs for energy efficiency and sustainability
  • Troubleshoot design issues and provide technical support during construction
  • Prepare and review technical reports cost estimates and project documentation

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 25 years of experience in electrical design for building projects
  • Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD and Revit MEP
  • Indepth knowledge of electrical codes and standards including NEC and IEC
  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and energyefficient design principles
  • Strong understanding of building electrical systems including lighting power distribution and emergency systems
  • Familiarity with energy management systems and sustainable design practices
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience with largescale commercial or residential projects
