Roles and responsibilities

To lead the Engineering, Procurement& Construction (EPC) stream of clean energy projectproposal preparation from the planning to the execution stagesensuring proper cost effective and techno-commercial solutions thatachieve the lowest LCOE or the highest IRRpossible.

Qualifications

PreferredQualifications:

  • MBA orrelevant Master's degree from a top-tier internationallyrecognized higher educationinstitution
  • Bachelor's degree inEngineering or any other related field

Preferred Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in thedevelopment of EPC proposals for specifically solar photovoltaicand wind projects and renewable energy projects in generalincluding experience working with cross functional teams andcoordinating all the activities among the consortium members,equity partners, EPC contractor, advisors, lenders, O&Mcontractor etc. or an equivalentexperience
  • Experience in closing EPC contractsin renewable energy projects
  • Track record ofdeveloping proposals that contribute to the winning of IPP tenders,in conventional energy and/or renewable energy.

  • Exceptionalknow-how in the EPC contracts preparation, drafting, negotiationsand closure

  • Vendor and ContractorManagement : Manage relationships with externalvendors, contractors, and suppliers. Negotiate contracts, monitorperformance, and ensure compliance with terms anddeadlines.
  • QualityControl : Ensure that all project deliverables meetthe required quality standards, including compliance withregulatory standards, safety protocols, and bestpractices.

  • TeamManagement : Lead a multidisciplinary project team,providing direction, motivation, and support. Ensure team memberswork collaboratively andefficiently.
