Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for Siemens Healthineers customers.
Call handling, receiving customer requests for corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, application training, etc.
Coordinate with customers to schedule field service activities and resources to ensure customer expectations and commitments are met.
Create and monitor notifications based on customer requests, assigning the customer service executives (CSEs) and customer engineering services (CESs) for required jobs in the mentioned regions.
Coordinate dispatch activities of the CSEs for onsite visits, preventive maintenance visits, and CES visits.
Provide support, information, prioritization, and coordination of assignments for CSEs of all services and CES dispatches.
Ensure all service requests and dispatches are well detailed, coordinated, prioritized, and organized for review and follow‑up actions.

Qualifications and Experience:

Biormedicine Engineer (preferred) or background in Electrical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, or related courses.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products.
Knowledge of SAP MM and SD modules is an advantage.
Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
Flexibility to work 24/7 shifts, including weekends on a rotational basis.
