  • Perform and witness tests onmechanical systems including pressure tests nondestructive testing(NDT) and functional tests.
  • Verify the qualityof materials delivered to the site ensuring they meet the requiredspecifications.
  • Prepare and maintain detailedinspection records and test reports.
  • Review andverify quality control documents submitted by subcontractors suchas material certificates welding records and inspectionreports.
  • Prepare nonconformance reports (NCRs)for any deviations from the specifications orstandards.
  • Coordinate with construction teamssubcontractors and the clients quality representatives to resolveany quality issues.
  • Attend and participate inquality meetings providing updates on inspection activities andquality performance.
  • Ensure that all mechanicalwork is carried out in accordance with the approved Quality ControlPlan (QCP) and Inspection Test Plan(ITP).
  • Ensure compliance with industry codesstandards (such as ASME API and ISO) and projectspecificrequirements.
  • Monitor and verify theimplementation of the projects Quality Management System (QMS) formechanical works.
  • Conduct audits of mechanicalconstruction activities and subcontractors to ensure adherence toquality standards.
  • Ensure that all inspectionactivities are conducted in a safe manner adhering to HSE policiesand procedures.
  • Report any unsafe conditions orpractices observed duringinspections.

Qualifications:

EducationalBackground:

  • Diploma orBachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relatedfield.
  • HVAC DiplomaCertification 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years ofexperience as a QC Inspector  (MEP) specificallyin mechanical construction projects in the UAE or GCCregion.
  • Preferable ADNOC Approval profiles andimmediately available to Join.

  • Proficiency in reading andinterpreting mechanical drawings specifications andstandards.
