Business Analyst Platform Analyst Product Analyst Jobs in Dubai Location: Remote (Opportunity to relocate to Dubai after 6 months of exceptional performance)Industry: Financial Services / Proprietary TradingReports To: Head of Product / Engineering DirectorSalary (tax-free): 8000 AED Monthly About the Role Our client one of the fastest-growing proprietary trading firms in the world is seeking a Business Analyst (Next-Gen Tools) to help build the trading infrastructure of tomorrow. This firm funds retail traders through an evaluation-to-funded model and is now developing next-generation tools that power the full trader lifecyclesimple reliable and data-driven. In this pivotal role youll bridge business and engineering by turning complex trading workflows into actionable specifications and testable solutions that enable the next generation of funded traders globally. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery sessions and produce concise Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) user stories and acceptance criteria. Map the entire prop-funded trading lifecycle including evaluation purchase account setup risk rules pass/fail logic funding scaling payouts and support workflows. Define data models API contracts and event structures across payment systems KYC/AML trading platforms (MT4/MT5/cTrader) and internal tools. Translate complex risk and compliance controls (drawdown daily loss multi-accounting copy trading) into clear system checks and decision flows. Collaborate with engineering and product teams on backlog prioritisation testing and requirements traceability. Develop and execute UAT smoke and regression test cases; log and verify defects with supporting evidence. Maintain robust process documentation flowcharts and system architecture references using Confluence Jira and diagramming tools. Candidate Requirements Minimum 4 years experience as a Business Analyst within trading fintech or complex platform environments. Hands-on understanding of proprietary trading lifecycle from evaluation purchase to funding scaling and payouts. Strong knowledge of Forex markets: leverage margin order types spreads and trading sessions. Advanced proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Confluence Jira) and diagramming tools such as Lucidchart Miro or . Experience creating ERDs BPMN workflows and light wireframes (Figma) Strong documentation analytical and cross-functional communication skills. Preferred: Familiarity with automation machine learning and CRM/ticketing tools. Basic SQL and experience with API testing tools (Postman Swagger).
