Providetechnical expertise on International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS) and ensure all financial reporting adheres to thesestandards.

Budgeting andForecasting

Lead the budgetingprocess, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and realestate project timelines.

Develop rollingforecasts to provide accurate and up-to-date financialprojections.

Analyze budget variances and providerecommendations for cost management andoptimization.

ProcessImprovement

Identify opportunitiesto improve financial processes andsystems.

Desired candidate profile

Professional certification such as CA, CFA, ACCA, or CPApreferred.

Bachelor's degree inFinance, Accounting, Economics, or a relatedfield.

Experience

Minimumof 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, tax compliance,and reporting, preferably in the real estate or constructionsectors.

Demonstrated experience with VATcompliance, corporate tax, and filing processes in theUAE.

Knowledge &Skills
