Allocation Assist Middle East, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced consultant in Transfusion Medicine to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a consultant, you will play a vital role in the advancement and development of our organization by providing expert consultation and implementing innovative practices in transfusion medicine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert consultation and oversee the provision of transfusion medicine services in accordance with international best practices and guidelines.
  • Lead and actively participate in the development and implementation of transfusion medicine policies and protocols.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of transfusion medicine processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety.
  • Manage and monitor the distribution and utilization of blood and blood products.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.
  • Provide education and training to healthcare staff on transfusion medicine practices.
  • Participate and contribute to quality improvement initiatives, research and development projects related to transfusion medicine.
  • Keep up to date with current trends and advancements in transfusion medicine and share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
Requirements
  • Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in Transfusion Medicine.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in transfusion medicine as a Consultant.
  • Experience in an international or multicultural healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Proficient in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and result-oriented approach to work.
  • Familiarity with international regulatory standards for transfusion medicine.
