The position will be responsible for customer support and development of engineered LV / MV / HV motors, providing technical & commercial solutions and being responsible for negotiation from inception of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) to negotiation close out.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicates with Sales team, Customer(s), engineering group and factories effectively.
  • Inquiry Handling & quote preparation based on technical evaluation.
  • Organizes all quotation/order documentation electronically and hard copies (as needed).
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop tailored proposals that align with client needs.
  • Gets feedback and follow up with sales teams and customers on the open opportunities.
  • Able to make electrical and mechanical calculations with the available engineering software.
  • Create technical documentation (datasheets, drawings, torsional analysis) with the available engineering software.
Education:

Bachelor's degree (minimum education or equivalent in relevant experience).

Knowledge:
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
  • Understands low to medium complexity level customers specifications.
  • Moderate knowledge of LV / MV / HV motors and EMA motors products, including product scopes.
  • Moderate understanding of industry complex standards specifications such as IEC, NEMA MG1, IEEE 841 is required.
  • Moderate understanding of the industry requirements and applications.
Experience:

2+ years of relevant work experience with LV / MV / HV motors.
