We areseeking a DHAlicensed Home Care Nurse with a strong emphasis ondiagnostic screenings as the foundation of patient care. The idealcandidate will play a vital role in integrating functional medicineregenerative therapies and wellnessfocused treatments in a homecare setting assisting in managing and treating chronic diseases.This role requires a holistic patientcentered approach to healthmanagement ensuring comprehensive evidencebased and personalizednursing care at the patient s home with a strong focus onpreventive care and patienteducation.

KeyResponsibilities:

1.HomeBased Diagnostic Screenings & Preventive NursingCare

  • Conductcomprehensive diagnostic screenings at patients homesincluding:
  • Vitalsigns monitoring (blood pressure heart rate oxygen saturationetc..
  • Bloodsample collection for laboratoryanalysis.
  • Metabolicand functional healthassessments.
  • Assesspatient health history lifestyle and risk factors for early diseasedetection.
  • Collaboratewith physicians to implement customized wellness and preventivecareplans.

2.Functional & Regenerative Medicine Support in HomeCare

  • Assistin administering and monitoring functional and regenerativetherapiesincluding:
  • HomebasedIV therapy (customized nutrient infusions NAD therapy ozone therapyvitamininfusions).
  • IMinjections for peptide and exosometherapy.
  • PRPtherapy preparation and regenerative wound caremanagement.
  • Painmanagement through holistic and alternativetherapies.
  • Educatepatients and families on integrative health strategies aligned withfunctional and regenerativemedicine.

3.Chronic Disease Management & Holistic Home NursingCare

  • Providecomprehensive nursing care for patients with chronic diseasesincluding:
  • Diabetes& metabolic disorders (home glucose monitoring lifestylecoaching).
  • Cardiovascularconditions (hypertension management ECGmonitoring).
  • Autoimmune& inflammatory diseases (pain management nutritionalsupport).
  • Hormonalimbalances (personalized lifestyleguidance).
  • Postoperativerecovery & wound care (monitoring and rehabilitationsupport).
  • Monitorpatient progress and update electronic medical records (EMR) forhomebased healthtracking.

4.Patient Education Family Training & LifestyleCoaching

  • Educatepatients and families on preventive health strategies diseasemanagement and medicationadherence.
  • Providenutritional counseling hydration therapy stress managementtechniques and sleep hygieneguidance.
  • Traincaregivers and family members in basic health monitoring emergencyresponse and safe medicationadministration.
  • Offerremote health guidance and telemedicine support whenneeded.

5.Compliance Medical Ethics & Clinical Standards in HomeCare

  • Ensurefull compliance with DHA regulations home care safety protocols andinfection controlmeasures.
  • Maintainaccurate and confidential patient records to document progresssymptoms and treatmentresponses.
  • Adhereto sterile techniques safe medication handling and patient safetyprocedures in home caresettings.
  • Stayupdated on continuing medical education (CME) requirements and bestpractices in homebased functional medicinenursing.

6.Collaborative & Multidisciplinary Approach in HomeCare

  • Workclosely with physicians dietitians regenerative medicinespecialists and wellness practitioners to ensure holisticcare.
  • Coordinatehome visits with lab technicians physiotherapists andrehabilitation specialists asneeded.
  • Participatein virtual case discussions and medical team meetings to optimizepatientcare.
  • Engagein training programs for home care nurses to enhance professionaldevelopment and skills in functionalmedicine.

Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized institution.
  • DHAlicensedor DHAeligible as a Registered Nurse inDubai.
  • Minimum5 years of nursing experience with at least 2 years of experiencein home carenursing.
  • Strongbackground in preventive care chronic disease management andintegrativemedicine.
  • Additionalcertifications in IV therapy regenerative medicine functionalnursing or palliative care (e.g. IFM A4M IVNT or similar) arepreferred.
  • Expertisein homebased diagnostic screenings patient education and holisticnursinginterventions.
  • Strongknowledge of functional and regenerative therapies including IVprotocols and cellulartherapies.
  • Backgroundin Functional Medicine or working experience in Fertility Clinic ishighlypreferred
  • Excellentcommunication interpersonal and patient careskills.
