This team whichconsists of various nationalities is responsible for the seafarersworking on the Boskalis Offshore energy fleet. You will support thecrewing team as we are increasing our focus of the development ofour seafarers. The BOFM (Boskalis Offshore Fleet Management) Fleetconsists of about 25 vessels with a crew composition of Boskalis& Agency crew.

Yourresponsibilities as a CrewingAdministrator

  • Collectingand filing evaluation forms from vessels and office in the crewmanagement system.
  • Creating new upcomingevaluations with new expiry dates in the crew management system andregistering the outcomes in the performance reviewsoverview.
  • Sending Standard training requestsaccording the FMO 615a training matrix to the responsible trainingorganizer (depending on the contract type via our trainingdepartment or via the agency).
  • Planning& Organizing evaluations of Master & ChiefEngineers in time so within a year after their formerevaluation.
  • Monitoring the evaluation status ofcrew on BOFM vessels including reporting and discussing assessmentoverviews expired and outstanding evaluations and upcoming expirieswith the Crewing HR team and crewcoordinators
  • Assisting the Crewing HR team withthe implementation of a Succession & Development programand supporting the further development of the evaluationsystem.
  • Assisting with general tasks for theteam like collecting necessary personal documents such as visasspecific to visa type and country filing them on SharePointuploading personal documents maintaining visa request overviews perperson/vessel and preparing crew overview lists for visarequests.

Yourqualities
You can make your mark as aCrewing Administrator if youhave:  

  • At least 3years relevant work experience in crewing orequivalent. 
  • A working and thinkinglevel at a bachelors degree. 
  • Fluentin written and verbal English punctual and possesses effectivecommunication skills. 
  • Strong adminskills and working in an organized and structuredway.
  • Team player within a team of Crewingprofessionals.
