Job Position: Director of Operation

Requirements:

• – In-depth knowledge and hands‑on experience of FM functions, in particular Hard Services
• – Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• – 12 years of Facilities Management experience, with at least 8 years in managerial position in the UAE
• – Strong analytical and communication skills
• – Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• – Deliver FM services and maintain client satisfaction under pressure
• – Manage building operations and maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• – Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and emergency preparedness requirements
• – Manage vendors and contractors for maintenance, security, and cleaning services
• – Control budgets, monitor costs, and achieve KPI and P&L targets
• – Develop strategies for facility improvement, sustainability, and energy efficiency
