Housekeeping Supervisor Support the Housekeeping Department by ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire hotel. Responsibilities Allocate work duties to team members. Perform routine inspections of all checkout rooms and spot checks of occupied rooms. Report and follow up on maintenance defects or other issues. Inspect service areas, storerooms, and corridors regularly. Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and other projects. Manage and train room attendants and other team members to meet performance standards. Manage stock control and equipment maintenance efficiently. Provide excellent guest service, including VIP and special requirements. Ensure adherence to hotel brand standards at all times. Manage public area cleanliness. Qualifications Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role. Successful track record of managing a team. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Passion for delivering exceptional guest service. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
