As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales and profitability. You will be expected to build relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities for growth. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales staff, creating sales plans, analyzing customer data, setting targets, and monitoring performance. You will also be responsible for training new staff and providing guidance on best practices.
