The ESG Director will be responsible for overseeing Zulal Wellness Resort by Chiva-Som's environmental, social, and governance practices. This role will ensure compliance, foster a culture of sustainability, and engage employees and guests in sustainable practices.

Main Responsibilities:

• Overseeing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices to ensure compliance and sustainability.
• Collaboration with the Chiva-Som's Home Office Director of Sustainability & Compliance, ZWR General Managers, and senior management on key activities and projects.
• Implementation of the Environmental Social Governance (ESG) process, data collection, reporting, coordination with Chiva-Som's Home Office Director of Sustainability & Compliance, and ESG platform provider.

Essential Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sustainability leadership, environmental management, or ESG compliance, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks (e.g., Global Reporting Initiative, Carbon Disclosure Project).
• Excellent project planning, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience working with multicultural teams.
