Description Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee Aleph Hospitality Limited. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc. Role Description: The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the hotel ensuring accurate financial reporting budgeting forecasting and compliance with financial regulations. This is a critical role that supports executive decision making through strategic financial planning and analysis. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage the hotels budget forecast and financial plans Monitor financial performance and prepare monthly quarterly and annual reports Ensure compliance with accounting standards tax laws and internal policies Manage cash flow cost control and profitability Supervise finance including accounts payable/receivable payroll and audit functions Liaise with external auditors banks and regulatory bodies Advise management on financial implications of operational decisions Implement financial controls and systems to safeguard hotel assets Collaborate with department heads to optimize revenue and minimize expenses Qualifications: o Minimum 35 years of relevant experience in hospitality is a must. o Proven expertise of hotel accounting systems o Excellent analytical leadership and communication skills o High proficiency in financial software and Microsoft office software o in depth knowledge of accounting principles audit coordination and risk management o Extensive negotiation and stake holder management experience o Strong leadership skills and attention to detail This company is an equal opportunity employer. frnch1 Required Experience: Manager Key Skills Cognos,Forecasting,Hyperion,Dealership Experience,QuickBooks,Accounting,Corporate Finance,Financial Analysis,Financial Modeling,Budgeting,Financial Management,Financial Planning Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
