- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage the company's budgeting process and assist in financial planning and forecasting.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with auditors and tax authorities during audits and reviews.
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
- Implement and enforce internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as an accountant and cashier is a must.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and financial management tools.
