This Position reports to: Service Operations Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role you will have the opportunity to execute service work of low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes quality standards and safety guidelines. Each day you will deliver quality service to satisfy customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.The work model for the role is: onsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification in UAE.You will be mainly accountable for: Performing entry level service tasks identifying technical issues and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products. Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials parts and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities. Executing work on a first-time right approach with customers and ensuring the job is done on time and as quality standards. Preparing all documents and customer reports to be signed by the customer representative. Qualifications for the role You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with relevant tools and methodologies and the insert relevant industry/sector market You have 0-2 years of experience in a related field Degree in Electrical engineering You are at ease communicating in English You hold current driving license Whats in it for you We empower you to take initiative challenge ideas and lead with confidence.
